mobile device center beta v2

I've installed this update 5 times now ( no really, the update history says 5 successful times), but it continues to offer me the update and says it not installed (including offering me the update and install in windows mobile) and yes, i've restarted my device center, my computer, etc... just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
I'm still having the "outlook has not been configured" problem, as well.
vista 64, mobile 2003 gotten just about everything else working
